Privacy Policy

Information we receive

• Account information such as your email address, profile details, authentication records, and subscription status.
• Business and marketing information you provide, including websites, URLs, brand details, campaign directions, content, approvals, and preferences.
• Customer-authorized connection data for supported publishing or analytics destinations. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side and encrypted at rest.
• Product and website usage events used to understand onboarding, feature use, conversion, reliability, and performance.
• Billing and subscription records. Payment card processing is handled by Stripe; Orb-Oren does not need to store your full payment card number.

How we use information

• Operate Orb as your marketing-management workspace and generate requested marketing work.
• Connect, publish to, and read from services you explicitly authorize, subject to each provider's permissions and policies.
• Process the $7 5-Day Interview and paid subscriptions, manage billing status, and provide cancellation or billing-management access.
• Improve product reliability, onboarding, marketing performance, and customer support.
• Protect accounts, investigate abuse, enforce service rules, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and connected services

Orb-Oren uses service providers to run the product, including hosting, database/authentication, AI generation, billing, email communications, and analytics. Current product architecture includes services such as Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Google Analytics, and GetResponse where configured.

When you connect an external platform such as a social network or publishing destination, information is also processed under that provider's terms and privacy practices. Orb-Oren requests only the access needed for the features being used.

AI and customer content

Orb-Oren sends the information needed for requested generation, analysis, or editing tasks to configured AI providers. Do not submit confidential information you do not have the right to use. Customer content remains associated with the customer's workspace unless it is deleted, de-identified, or retained as required for security, billing, or legal records.

Analytics and cookies

Orb-Oren uses first-party product events and may use Google Analytics to understand visits, sign-ups, conversion, and product usage. Authentication and application functionality may also require browser storage or cookies. Analytics configuration is intended for product and marketing measurement rather than access to connected-account credentials.

Retention, deletion, and security

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain required business or billing records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Access credentials are stored server-side and protected using encryption at rest where supported by the Orb-Oren credential system.

You can request account and personal-data deletion using the instructions at /data-deletion. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or other legitimate recordkeeping needs.
